Martine Melancon

Bachelière en animation et recherches culturelles de l’Université du Québec à Montréal, Martine a œuvré dans le domaine des communications pendant plusieurs années. Au début des années 1990, elle réoriente sa carrière vers la gestion et l’administration des immeubles commerciaux et multi résidentiels. Au cours de cette période, elle a suivi plusieurs formations dans des domaines connexes à la gestion immobilière. Elle a aussi obtenu sa licence d’entrepreneur général en construction afin de mener à terme plusieurs projets clé en main pour les Locataires. Depuis 2003, elle se spécialise en courtage immobilier commercial, elle a œuvré auprès de plusieurs grandes firmes de courtage commercial international à Montréal. Avec près de 30 ans d’expérience en immobilier, de gestionnaire à courtier immobilier en passant par la construction et la gestion de projet, Martine a acquis une grande expertise pour accompagner et identifier rapidement les besoins de ses clients.


A Bachelor's Degree in animation and cultural research from the Université du Québec à Montréal, Martine worked in the field of communications for several years. In the early 1990’s, she reoriented her career towards the management and administration of commercial and multi-residential buildings. During this period, Martine completed several trainings in areas related to property management. She also obtained her General Contractor's construction license and completed several turnkey projects for tenants. Since 2003, she has specialized in commercial real estate and has worked with several large international commercial brokerage firms in Montreal. With nearly 30 years of experience in real estate, from manager to real estate broker through construction and project management, Martine has acquired a great expertise allowing her to quickly identify the needs of her clients.
