Marc Spalding
ABOUT
Marc Spalding was born and raised in Palatka. He has been in real estate since 1985 and with Coldwell Banker for over 30 years. He is currently the manager of Coldwell Banker Ben Bates, Inc. commercial division and co-manager of Coldwell Banker Bates, Inc. residential division. Marc is also the commercial leasing director for Coldwell Banker Ben Bates, Inc.
Marc has been involved in many commercial acquisitions working with buyers and/or sellers to include government agencies, large corporations, and private individuals, as well as assemblage of multiple properties for commercial development. He also has been involved in the development of both commercial and residential within the city of Palatka and Putnam County. He works closely with the medical community, industrial, and general commercial accounts.
Marc is a past president of the Rodeheaver Boys Ranch and Kiwanis Club of the Azalea City. He is currently either a member or board of director of the following clubs and organizations: Palatka Gas Authority, Putnam County Chamber of Commerce, Palatka Main Street, Putnam County Board of Realtors, and Northeast Florida Association of Realtors. He has served on the City Of Palatka Zoning Board of Adjustments and Putnam County Planning Commission.
He is married to Linda Kaye Johnson Spalding. They have two daughters and four grandchildren.
