I got a jump start in real estate as a daughter of one of the Pioneers in Real Estate and One of the first women brokers in my then state, Ohio, my Mother, realtor-extraordinaire, Patricia Wolfe. Now deceased, I still have learned lessons in my soul and my true heart has always been with the Real Estate World. I have taken yesterday's lessons and integrated them into my now, "fail-safe", program for my principals. After leaving Ohio I worked for Virginia Fir, Moseley & Co. Realty, from 1973-1977. I left there with recommendations from the firm and headed South to a new career in Florida Real Estate, and now consequently, have both my broker's license and CIPS designation. I have also taken extensive commercial related courses to enhance my tool belt. When seeking a Professional in the most difficult Real Estate and Commercial Market, I have walked the buildings and met with the people that know how to make things happen.
