Toot'n Totum Food Stores has more than 90 stores in Amarillo and the surrounding area and is the leading convenience store operator in the Amarillo market. Justin Kite has represented Toot N' Totum in site acquisitions, annexation, platting, zoning and TIRZ (Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone). Justin also handles the surplus of existing stores including sales, leasing, sub-leasing and/or re-development.
Justin managed the full block acquisition for Toot‘n Totum Food Stores in Downtown Amarillo. This block and subsequent platting and zoning provided the first major project to be developed under the new Downtown Amarillo Design Standards.
Amarillo Plaza is a 15,000 square feet, retail center located at Coulter St and 45 th Ave with Wal-Mart as a shadow anchor. Justin represented the owner in both the purchase and sale of this center as well as managing the center for over ten years. Justin continues to handle the leasing of Amarillo Plaza.
