Perry Pursell is a veteran commercial real estate professional. Perry has served the Gainesville market since 1986 and has a wide range of commercial expertise including retail, office, industrial, land, and management. He is known locally for his passion for Industrial Real Estate with his trademark Big Buildings Logo and Team. Recently, he was the listing agent for the Amazon fulfillment center in Gainesville, Loves Travel Stop in Hawthorne, IQ Fiber, and countless commercial sales and leases. Shasta is a CCIM Candidate and is active in the community and leadership at the local board of Realtors. Shasta has been a successful retail and office leasing agent and Buyer and Tenant Representative. Involved in all aspects of the business, she is an excellent partner in the Big Buildings Team. Perry continues to be a top producer and recently was the Bronze Distinction Winner by Coldwell Banker Commercial. He enjoys fishing in the Florida Keys and working in the garden in his off time. Perry is especially proud of his family. He resides in the City of Gainesville with his lovely wife Olga Sang. His son, Paul, is a vet tech for Haile Plantation Animal Hospital in Gainesville. His daughter, Sara, is an account executive for Gartner Information Technology. She and her husband, Luis Machado, live in Homestead, Florida, along with their two children. Perry is proud of grandkids Gavin and Isa!
