Eric Washle joined Coldwell Banker Commercial SC in 2019 and currently serves as Senior Vice President, specializing exclusively in land transactions across the Inland Empire and San Diego County. Eric represents clients in the acquisition, disposition, and assemblage of a wide range of land assets, including agricultural parcels, conservation and mitigation properties, development sites, and investment-grade properties. His transactional experience spans all major land use types—residential, commercial, and industrial—from infill lots to large master-planned communities.
With over $100 million in closed land transactions, Eric brings deep market knowledge, a solutions-oriented approach, and exceptional service to every deal. Known for his energy, integrity, and persistence, he is a trusted advisor to private landowners, developers, investors, and institutions looking to navigate the complex land world.
Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Geography from the University of Hawaii, with minors in Business and Spanish. He is an active member of both NAIOP (National Association of Industrial and Office Properties) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR), and is recognized as a key contributor to the CBC Land Team as a forward-thinking leader in the land brokerage industry.
