Bill specializes in acquisition and disposition services across all sectors of commercial real estate in the Ohio market. Diligently positions clients to maximize value in both sales and in Buyer and Tenant Representation. Strong emphasis placed on keeping both new and longtime clients informed of each aspect of a dynamic market, when to take advantage and then tailoring client-specific strategy, whether immediate or future, for his clients to realize highest market value. As a result, Bill has forged strong relationships with his clients throughout his CRE career.
Before his career in brokerage, Bill worked with an Ohio firm that specialized in the valuation, leasing, and sale of distressed assets. This position required extensive knowledge of the Columbus commercial real estate market and expertise in the valuation of both owner/user and investment sales. Bill spent his final semester at West Virginia University as an intern for a real estate brokerage in Columbus, Ohio, where he obtained his salesperson license. Bill has completed all classes in preparation for obtaining his Broker license.
