Eric Eberhardt

I'm Eric Eberhardt, CCIM, a commercial real estate broker with Coldwell Banker Commercial Capital Advisors specializing in shopping center and single-tenant net leased (NNN) investment sales and retail brokerage and leasing in Lubbock and throughout West Texas — including Midland, Odessa, Amarillo, San Angelo, Abilene, Big Spring, and the surrounding South Plains, Panhandle, and Permian Basin communities.

I started at Coldwell Banker Commercial in 2007 while attending Texas Tech University and joined the firm full-time in January 2012. Since then, I've closed more than $190 million in commercial sales and lease transactions across more than 240 closed deals.

I represent property owners, investors, and developers in the acquisition and disposition of retail investment properties — multi-tenant shopping centers, single-tenant net leased assets, and commercial land sites — including buyers completing 1031 tax-deferred exchanges. I also provide tenant representation and site selection for expanding retailers, restaurants, and convenience store operators, notably serving as tenant representative for Toot'n Totum in its Lubbock expansion. My transaction experience includes deals involving national brands such as Starbucks, McDonald's, Wendy's, Circle K, Whataburger, Valvoline, HomeGoods, Bath & Body Works, Wingstop, Qdoba, 7 Brew, and Jersey Mike's.

The majority of my business comes from repeat clients and referrals — the best measure I know of doing right by West Texas property owners and investors for more than a decade. I earned my Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2015 and am a licensed Texas real estate agent. I'm a graduate of Texas Tech University's Rawls College of Business with a BBA in Marketing. Away from work, I spend my time with my wife, Sarah, and our two daughters, Emerson and Elliot, and enjoy hunting, fishing, and golf across West Texas.
