Jelani Linder is a commercial real estate advisor specializing in investment sales throughout Metro Atlanta and the Southeast, with a primary focus on multifamily, retail, and land.
Jelani represents property owners, investors, developers, and builders in the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate. His practice combines market knowledge, strategic positioning, targeted investor outreach, and transaction execution to help clients achieve their investment objectives.
Since beginning his real estate career in 2014, Jelani has been involved in more than $200 million in commercial real estate transactions and has consistently been recognized as a top producing professional within his brokerage and the Coldwell Banker Commercial network. His experience includes working with private investors, investment groups, developers, and builders across publicly marketed and privately sourced opportunities.
Jelani holds a Master's degree in Urban Planning from the University of Georgia and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Georgia State University. His background in urban planning complements his investment sales experience with an understanding of land use, zoning, redevelopment, and development potential.
While multifamily, retail, and land represent his primary areas of focus, Jelani advises clients across a broader range of commercial real estate investment sales opportunities throughout the Southeast.
