ABOUT
John has lived in the Antelope Valley for over 20 years and earned an Associates Degree with a focus on accounting from Antelope Valley College. John’s education and familiarity with the Antelope Valley helped him to distinguish fluctuating business trends and strategies and recognize the evolving growth patterns of Real Estate Development throughout the region! This, combined with his growing realization of the value of Real Estate Investments, prompted him to begin his pursuit of a career in Real Estate. After obtaining his Real Estate license, he quickly realized his interest in business finance and attention to detail provided a solid foundation for him to focus on the sale and leasing of land and commercial real estate! Currently John is a licensed member of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), California Association of REALTORS® (CAR), and the Greater Antelope Valley Association of REALTORS® (GAVAR). John is a self-motivated individual and understands that the most important tenet in a Real Estate career is a “client first” philosophy, making the needs of your client the top priority when representing them in any real estate transaction! He is very excited about the challenge of meeting the needs of his clients and is looking forward to assisting them in fulfilling their Commercial Real Estate needs!
