Jonathan brings over 15 years of real estate experience, passion, and persistence to the office every day. He boasts a strong track record of completed transactions and is recognized for his thorough attention to detail, responsiveness, strategic negotiation approach, and focus on representing his clients’ best interests..
Jonathan collaborates with clients on healthcare and life science, creative office, and investment sales requirements in the Philadelphia metropolitan area and South Jersey. He has successfully completed hundreds of transactions totaling millions of square feet on behalf of his clients, ranging from small to large.
Jonathan’s client mix is impressive, including Anchor Health Properties, Constitution Health Plaza, BG Capital, Goldman Properties, Arts + Crafts Holdings, Colonial Penn Life Insurance Company, Post Brothers, Nuveen, and more.
As part of his commitment to the community, Jonathan currently serves on the Board of JEVS Human Services Foundation and chairs the RCO and Economic Development Committee with The Old City District in Philadelphia.
Jonathan graduated with a dual degree in Finance and Real Estate from The Fox School of Business at Temple University. He currently resides in Fishtown with his family and enjoys staying active through a variety of fitness classes, traveling, and checking out the latest restaurant openings in town.
