ABOUT
Will has been in Commercial Real Estate for over five years now, after an established career in sports. As a Baylor freshman, he worked for Coach Scott Drew as a student manager for the basketball team because he wanted to be in the business of sports. With the subsequent training, mentorship, education, and experience, Will was able to work at a high level in college athletics. He was able to use the economic power and draw of sports to improve the community that means so much to him.
Much like when he brokered the deal for Ironman 70.3 to leave Austin and relocate to Waco, Will has used the skills he learned through a long career in sports to achieve similar positive outcomes for his clients in commercial real estate. He closed over $20M+ in transactions including owner/user and investment sales in retail, land, industrial and various leasing efforts in 2024.
He has been a Top 10 producer within Coldwell Banker Apex, Realtors multiple years in a row and was in the top 2% of all 2,500+ Coldwell Banker Commercial agents nationally in 2024, earning him the prestigious Circle of Distinction recognition. He also received his Certified Commercial Investment Manager designation in 2024 which is a nationally recognized mark of expertise in the commercial real estate industry.
The Lubbock, Texas native resides in Woodway with his wife Gwen who is a Registered Nurse at Waco Cardiology and their two daughters, Laney and Riley.
