ABOUT
Deb Cowart has been a CBC Professional for the past twenty years and worked for a large Houston based REIT for five years prior. Her primary focus in today’s market is office, land and industrial transactions and has most recently partnered with a CBC firm that specializes in net investment sales and 1031 exchanges. She has worked on new construction & renovation projects for office / industrial warehouses as well as served in capacities as a Buyer and Seller representative in the industrial landscape located along the Sabine / Neches Waterway.
Her previous experience with the Houston based REIT made her proficient in in-line retail, pad site, office leasing and property management as well as ground up new developments and positioning properties to be sold as net investments. She continually applies & perfects that knowledge in our ever changing economy.
Deb has built strong relationships with the CBC brand nationwide with other top producers that has led to a large network of potential business. She has not limited herself to CBC alone as she derives over forty percent of her production from client referrals with other national brokerage firms such as Jones Lang LaSalle, CBRE, and NAI.
She has developed a reputation of being the “GO TO” broker in SE Texas as she welcomes the opportunity to collaborate with commercial brokers from all over the United States that need assistance in SE Texas. These deep-rooted relationships enable her properties to receive maximum exposure to credit-worthy prospects.
