ABOUT
Vice-President at Coldwell Banker River Valley, REALTORS® and Coldwell Banker Commercial River Valley. My father, Chuck Olson, brother, Ryan Olson, sister, Jillian Hugo, and I comprise the leadership team of our family-owned real estate brokerage.
I joined Coldwell Banker River Valley, REALTORS®, after working nearly 20-years in the residential and commercial construction industry. The second half of my construction career I worked as a project manager/estimator for a highly successful, respected, family-owned commercial contracting firm. My responsibilities included overseeing the completion of many large-scale construction projects, estimating and managing project budgets, timelines and staff and solving problems through all stages of the process.
In 2014 I elected to bring those management skills to complement our team here in the rapidly growing real estate brokerage business. Today, I am involved with the daily operations of our businesses, working with our professional support staff, business project management, agent support, business relations and business development. I am the Managing Broker for Coldwell Banker Commercial River Valley and an active commercial REALTOR®.
A native of Holmen, Wisconsin, I reside there today with my wife, Angie, and our three boys. We enjoy our sons’ many activities as well as spending as much time possible on our hobby farm. As a family we enjoy hunting, fishing, horses and any other outdoor activity we can find in the beautiful river valley.
