Ben Choi specializes in commercial retail & office brokerage throughout the greater metropolitan Atlanta area. He has proven records of accomplishments of identifying potential tenants for spaces vacated by national and local tenants. Recently, he successfully executed a lease involving a vacant space left by Starbucks Coffee. This retail space was part of the six hundred stores closed by Starbucks Coffee as part of their national restructuring movement. Currently, one of the spaces that Ben is actively involved is a space formerly occupied by another national tenant, Outback Steakhouse.
