Pascagoula, Miss. (November 10, 2021) — Coldwell Banker Commercial represented the seller in the sale of The Lodge Apartments, located in Pascagoula, Miss. The property was listed for $10.1 million.

Kim Bush, a commercial real estate professional with Coldwell Banker Commercial Alfonso Realty, Inc., represented the seller.

The two-story, 209-unit building, located at 2816 Eden St., was built in 1973 and renovated in 2010. The property is situated on 9 acres of land and is mainly comprised of one and two-bedroom units.
