Sebastopol, Calif. (November 10, 2021) – Coldwell Banker Commercial is pleased to have represented the seller, KCCP Charitable Remainder Trust, in the disposition of an office building located in Sebastopol, Calif. The property, as part of a 1031 exchange for the buyer, sold for $3,050,000.
Kevin Caravelli and Steven Caravelli, commercial real estate professionals affiliated with Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT, represented the seller in the transaction.
The two-story property, located at 825 Gravenstein Highway North, was built in 1987, encompasses 14,123 square feet and is situated on one acre of land with 49 parking spaces.
