South Pasadena. Calif. (April 18, 2022) – Coldwell Banker Commercial represented the seller in the sale of a mixed-use property located at 601 – 605 Mission St. and 912 Palm Ave. in South Pasadena, Calif. The transaction was valued at $8 million. The buyer is an artist.

Alexander Banks and Bill Ukropina, CRE, commercial real estate professionals affiliated with Coldwell Banker Commercial Realty, represented the seller. Ukropina was one of Coldwell Banker Commercial’s top 5 sales professionals globally for 2021.

The building was constructed in 1937 and measures 22,750 square feet. It has office and light industrial use capabilities and includes one drive-in door and one dock-high loading door.
