BROOKLYN, N.Y. (June 15, 2022) – Coldwell Banker Commercial represented the seller in the sale of Engert Manor, a mixed-use property located at 154 Engert Ave. in the Greenpoint neighborhood of Brooklyn in a transaction valued at $6.75 million. The property set a new transaction high for Greenpoint, Brooklyn at $1,385 per square foot for a mixed-use property, according to New York City Acris Data.

The property, built in 1930, totals 4,874 square feet and is comprised of five residential units, one commercial space and a street level three-car garage.
