LARRY LEAHY JOINS COLDWELL BANKER COMMERCIAL RIO GRANDE VALLEY
McAllen, Texas (January 31, 2022) – Coldwell Banker Commercial is pleased to announce that Larry Leahy has joined Coldwell Banker Commercial Rio Grande Valley as a Senior Associate.
Leahy began his real estate career as a research associate for Retail Solutions (RS). During that time, he gained valuable experience while he performed market research, and obtained a hands-on understanding of the daily activities of Brokers.
A veteran real estate professional with a proven track record in his previous industry, Leahy transitioned very quickly to the leasing and sales side of commercial real estate. In his role as commercial advisor, Leahy works with landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers throughout the South Texas market.
Larry is a proud graduate of Texas A&M University, where he received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus in Finance. He is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
