Harrisburg, Penn. (January 3, 2022) Coldwell Banker Commercial is pleased to announce the lease execution of 38,908 square feet of industrial space located at 7253 Grayson Rd, Suite 309, in Harrisburg, Penn.

Faraz Cheema, CCIM, MSRE, and Erin Downey, commercial real estate professionals with Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT, represented the tenant, Stat Experts, in the transaction.

Patrick Lafferty, CCIM, SIOR, and Bart D. Anderson of CBRE represented the landlord in the transaction.

Stat Experts is a medical and retail courier with offices in the Washington DC, Baltimore, Philadelphia, and Central Pennsylvania markets with over 1,000 drivers and coverage in 41 states and offers a wide range of vehicles including cars, vans, box trucks, and semi-trailer trucks with up to 53 feet-long trailers.
