Fife, Wash. (June 23, 2022) – Coldwell Banker Commercial represented the seller in the sale of a multi-tenant industrial building located at 1410 46th Ave. E. in Fife, Wash. in a transaction valued at $6.85 million.

Bob Fredrickson, CCIM, president of Coldwell Banker Commercial Danforth, and Vladimir Olyanich, also with Coldwell Banker Commercial Danforth, represented the seller in the transaction.

The building, built in 1978, measures just under 38,000 square feet and is situated on 2.34 acres of land near the Port of Tacoma and Interstate 5, Pacific Highway South and State Route 509.

“This is an example of how much the Port of Tacoma Industrial market has appreciated.  The seller was able to maximize the price on their asset, and we were able to structure the transaction so that the seller had ample time to locate an exchange property,” said Fredrickson.
