DAVID LOWRY JOINS COLDWELL BANKER COMMERCIAL NRT

Towson, Md. (June 7, 2021) – Coldwell Banker Commercial is pleased to announce that David Lowry has joined Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT in the Mid-Atlantic region and partnered with Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT agent Roman Tsimberg.

As commercial real estate continues to move online, David will leverage technology platforms to assist Coldwell Banker Commercial brokers, commercial owners and buyers with a faster sales cycle, higher certainty of close and the largest audience of potential buyers.

Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT, Lowry was the senior director of the commercial division for Ten-X, a CoStar company. Lowry is an expert with accelerated marketing and has more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience including commercial real estate technology, brokerage/advisory, ownership, asset management and receivership.
