EDINBURG, Texas (August 15, 2022) – Coldwell Banker Commercial is pleased to have represented both the buyer and the seller in the off-market disposition of a 61,000 square foot medical office building located at Cornerstone Medical Park. The property is located at 2800 W. Trenton Rd. in Edinburg, Texas. The sales price was kept confidential.

Coldwell Banker Commercial handled the leasing on the property prior to the sale. The building was 99% leased at the time of the sale and is a great example of the opportunities available in the market.
The three-story, multi-tenant building, built in 2003, is situated on 3.08 acres of land.
