254 ACRES OF LAND IN WACO, TEXAS SOLD

Waco, Texas (May 23, 2022) – Coldwell Banker Commercial is pleased to have represented both the buyer and the seller in the sale of 254.62 acres of land located at Interstate 35 and S. New Rd. in Waco, Texas. The property listed for $30 million. The sale price was undisclosed.
