Springfield, Ill. (October 4, 2021) — Coldwell Banker Commercial represented the seller in the sale of a Parkway Pointe retail property located in Springfield, Ill. The property sold for $2.25 million.
Blake Pryor, a commercial real estate professional with Coldwell Banker Commercial Devonshire Realty, represented the seller.
The property, built in 1997, is located at 3422-3432 Freedom Dr. The building measures 12,000 square feet and is situated on 1.27 acres of land. It has 80 parking spaces.
“This retail center, located on a highly visible thoroughfare, is 100% leased by a variety of nationally recognized retail brands, with all tenants currently on long-term triple-net leases,” said Pryor.
