PETER CARTER JOINS COLDWELL BANKER COMMERCIAL REALTY
Riverside, Calif. (March 21, 2022) – Coldwell Banker Commercial (CBC) is pleased to announce that Peter Carter has joined Coldwell Banker Commercial Realty’s Riverside, Calif. office as Associate Vice President.
Carter specializes in the sales and leasing of industrial product types, focusing on Riverside and the surrounding Inland Empire markets. Peter’s vast experience working on all commercial real estate product types in property management, as well as through brokerage, affords him a broad knowledge base and provides him with the ability and finesse needed to deliver top quality representation to his clients. He is instrumental in providing positive, productive, and constant communication and correspondence with landlords and tenants. In so doing, has helped to preventatively maintain, as well as create, optimally functioning and profitable businesses, maximizing assets and their resources.
He also has experience in land acquisitions in Southern California. Working for developers, he researched, located, and identified potential multifamily, multiuse development opportunities, which included analyzing underutilized retail and industrial properties and developing and building relationships between the company and the property owners.
Carter is a graduate of both Arizona State University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science, and Colorado State University, where he earned his Master’s in Agriculture.
