Tampa, Fla. (March 14, 2022) – Coldwell Banker Commercial is pleased to have represented the landlord in the lease renewal of two separate office properties leased by a national credit tenant specializing in office sublets. The properties are located at 7320 E. Fletcher Ave. and 8270 Woodland Center Blvd. in Tampa, Fla.

Craig Scafidi, CCIM, and Melissa Glyptis Simpson, commercial real estate professionals affiliated with Coldwell Banker Commercial Realty, represented the landlord, Patel Florida Properties, in the transaction.

The Fletcher Ave. office property was built in 2003 and totals 11,035 square feet on 3.3 acres, and the Woodland Center Blvd. property was built in 2005 and totals 10,969 square feet on 2.4 acres.
