COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE EXPERT KAREN DOME AFFILIATES WITH COLDWELL BANKER RELIABLE IN NYC

NEW YORK (March 1, 2023) – Coldwell Banker Reliable Real Estate is pleased to announce that Karen Dome, a real estate industry leader with more than 25 years of experience serving New York City’s commercial and residential markets, has affiliated with the company.

Dome most recently worked as a Vice President with Compass and helped to launch their commercial real estate division. Operating throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens, Dome has brokered more than $1 billion in transactions throughout her accomplished career. She is a go-to advisor providing thorough market analysis for buyers, sellers and investors, with extensive expertise in office space, industrial properties, new development, multifamily housing, retail space, hospitality assets and net-lease transactions. She is a licensed broker in New York and Connecticut.

A respected expert in her field, Dome served twice as president of Commercial Real Estate Women New York, which per the organization “is dedicated to the advancement of professional women in commercial real estate through networking, education and leadership development,” with a network of 12,000 commercial real estate professionals in more than 75 major global markets.

Dome was selected to chair the Commercial Management Council of the Real Estate Board of New York, a network of approximately 15,000 real estate professionals who are dedicated to being at the forefront of New York City’s economic growth. She was active with the New York Building Congress and is still active with the International Council of Shopping Centers.
