Coldwell Banker Commercial Secures Padel Up as New Tenant for Prime Industrial Flex Space in Sterling, Va.
STERLING, VA. (Aug. 1, 2024) – Coldwell Banker Commercial proudly announces the successful leasing of a 17,000 square-foot industrial flex space at 44810 Old Ox Rd, Sterling, Virginia to Padel Up. Deniz Senyurt, CCIM, represented the landlord, Dulles Summit LLC, in this significant transaction.
Previously occupied by Summit Ropes, the space became vacant following the early departure. Faced with unexpected rental income loss and the cost of clearing out the previous tenant’s furniture and equipment, Dulles Summit LLC turned to Coldwell Banker Commercial for a swift and effective leasing solution. Despite these challenges, Coldwell Banker Commercial generated nine offers in a short period, ultimately securing Padel Up as the new tenant.
Padel Up is bringing the world’s fastest-growing sport, padel, to Northern Virginia. Often described as a cross between tennis and squash, padel is a fast-paced, social sport. Padel Up’s world-class facility, set to open in the fourth quarter of 2024, will feature four indoor courts, an organic smoothie and coffee bar, and a pro shop offering the latest in padel equipment.
