Coldwell Banker Commercial Realty Represents Mountain View Fire Protection District In $7.3m Purchase of New Headquarters In Longmont, Col.
LONGMONT, COLO. (April 2, 2024) – Coldwell Banker Commercial Realty is pleased to announce the $7.3 million sale of 6328 Monarch Park Place, a two-story, 36,900 square-foot office/research and development building in Longmont. Broker Brian Campbell of Coldwell Banker Commercial Realty represented the buyer, Mountain View Fire Protection District.
According to Campbell, Chief David Beebe led the Mountain View Fire Protection District in the selection and purchase of 6328 Monarch Park Place. Gunbarrel Properties LLC was the seller of the property, which was constructed in 1998.
“The new Mountain View Fire Protection District headquarters will consolidate multiple functions, including administration, storage, training, and community outreach, into one location,” said Campbell. “A portion of the building will also function as an ancillary office for the Boulder County Sheriff's Department. “
Campbell is currently listing the Mountain View Fire Protection District’s former headquarters, an 11,214-square-foot facility located at 3561 Stagecoach Road in Longmont. Per Campbell, the organization outgrew this space.
