EL PASO, TEXAS (July 25, 2023) – Coldwell Banker Commercial Lewis Realty Group is pleased to announce that it recently completed the sale of a 93.308-acre property located at the southeast corner of Zaragoza Rd. and Montana Ave. in El Paso, Texas. The listing price of the property was $24,386,000.
