Coldwell Banker Commercial Launches Enhanced Buildout Integration to Streamline Broker Listings
MADISON, N.J. (May 22, 2025) -- Coldwell Banker Commercial®, a leading commercial real estate network, has deepened its partnership with Buildout, Inc. to streamline listing management for commercial brokers across its network. The partnership establishes Buildout as the centralized back office solution, marking the first standalone commercial third-party integration (3PI) within the Anywhere (NYSE: HOUS) portfolio of brands.
The strategic integration allows commercial producers to enter listings directly into Buildout, which automatically feeds into Dash, the Coldwell Banker Commercial internal listing system. This allows brokers to remain within systems they primarily use daily, significantly improving operational efficiency across the network.
