Coldwell Banker Commercial Danforth Closes Sale of $10.67M IOS Property in Auburn, WA
AUBURN, WASH. (Oct. 23, 2025) – Coldwell Banker Commercial Danforth is proud to announce the $10.67 million sale of 5450 & 5490 A Street SE, a five-acre industrial outdoor storage (IOS) property in Auburn.
Bob Fredrickson, CCIM and president of Coldwell Banker Commercial Danforth, represented the seller, Lakeridge Paving, in this transaction, as well as helping them to secure a new site that better suits their current operational needs. The purchaser of the property was Lift Partners.
Fredrickson was excited to work again with Lakeridge Paving Co. LLC, whose owners were one of the first clients that took a chance on him when he was new to the business over 25 years ago. “I am grateful for the continued trust and opportunity to once again partner with such valued clients,” said Fredrickson. “It’s a pleasure to build long-term relationships and support clients across multiple chapters of their real estate journey.”
The total square footage for the site’s buildings was 18,360 square feet. This consists of a 6,444 square-foot office building and multiple shop buildings totaling 11,916 square feet.
