Coldwell Banker Commercial Closes $6.11m Deal on Manufacturing Facility in Jenison, Mich.
ENISON, MICH. (Feb. 8, 2024) – Coldwell Banker Commercial Woodland-Schmidt is pleased to announce that it has completed the $6.11 million sale of a 64,035 sq. ft. manufacturing facility located within Georgetown Industrial Center at 2206 Pine Ridge Dr. in Jenison.
Jim Edewaard, CCIM, of Coldwell Banker Commercial Woodland-Schmidt represented the seller, Altron Automation. The company manufactures automated tooling and equipment and continues to operate two facilities in Hudsonville. Michigan. Pleotint, a glass fabrication and innovation company, is the purchaser of the property.
“This is an extremely well-maintained and clean industrial facility well-suited to a growing company. Jenison continues to offer excellent opportunities for home-grown manufacturers,” said Edewaard.
The fully air-conditioned facility has a 54,184 sq. ft. footprint, a 9,851 sq. ft. finished mezzanine and 25-foot clear ceilings. It includes two and three-ton cranes, generates 2,000 amps and provides great power and air distribution. Additional features of the industrial facility are 25-by-60-foot column spacing, four docks and four overhead doors.
