The Drew Ward Warne Advisory Group is led by managing partners John Drew, Tyler Warne, Katie Ward and sales associate Kelsey Ward. Katie Ward has been a leading figure in Montana real estate since 1996, specializing in commercial, ranch and development property transactions. Her career includes founding Katie L. Ward Real Estate and working on major development projects across the state. With a background in marketing and a reputation for integrity and strategic vision, Ward has successfully guided clients through diverse and complex deals for nearly three decades.
Kelsey Ward brings a dynamic perspective to the team, combining her background in architecture, design, and marketing with hands-on experience in commercial real estate. Working closely with her mother, Katie, she has been actively involved in commercial and development transactions throughout Western Montana. A graduate of Montana State University with a Master of Architecture, she brings over a decade of project management and design experience across commercial and residential projects. Her creative eye and marketing expertise further strengthen the team’s ability to showcase properties and deliver outstanding results for clients.
Tyler Warne, a Montana native, is recognized for his deep knowledge of property valuation and investment strategy. In addition to his role as broker and owner, Warne operates TD Appraisal and has completed nearly 2,000 property appraisals.
