Liz Riter

Elizabeth “Liz” Riter is an experienced Commercial Broker who specializes in Retail and Industrial Real Estate including the representation of Property Owners, Tenants and Buyers in the greater Chicagoland area. Liz has over 13 years of experience helping to create Real Estate solutions for business owners. Liz is well known for her dedication to her buyer and sellers as well as her Landlords and Renters. She consistently provides all with the highest level of service and expertise, before, during and after each transaction. Liz establishes a strong personal relationship with her clients who enthusiastically continue to confirm her professionalism and dedication by their repeat business. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Commercial Liz gained exposure to the field of Commercial Real Estate while working as a Property Manager. She was responsible for 3 shopping Centers with over 620,000 square feet between them. Liz successfully negotiated Tenant transactions for a wide array of clients. Liz dealt with the day-to-day operations of these properties as well as tenant and owner relationship management, project bidding, on site property staff management and construction management. She also worked with many of the Tenants in helping them to plan and design their commercial spaces. Liz was the driving member in ensuring the success on a $14 million redevelopment project for one of the shopping centers. Liz graduated from Northern Illinois University with a BFA in Interior Architecture. She has used this knowledge throughout her career. This degree in Interior Architecture has given her the opportunity to use her skills of space planning, AutoCAD and design to conceptualize alternative options for her clients. Liz is well known for her dedication to her buyer and sellers as well as her Landlords and Renters.
