As a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Certified Public Accountant (CPA), I have served as an advisor/broker to many in Louisiana and East Texas since 2007.
Many investors I work with feel stuck in their business or want to cash out of an investment property. However, the investors don't know what to buy if they do sell or what the tax implications will be. I help by determining what their property or business is really worth, find them a better investment and walk them through various exit strategies such as 1031 tax-free exchange options. Occasionally, I end up being part of the investor's group as well.
