Garry Cuff

Garry Cuff joined Coldwell Banker Commercial Premier in January of 2020. Prior to joining CBC Garry was with Colliers International as a Vice President in the Multifamily and Investment Division. His career as a real estate broker includes many years brokering the acquisition and disposition of apartment complexes and land development.
Garry’s expertise in the real estate industry has allowed him the opportunity to work with many corporate clients including R.C. Willey Home Furnishings, Starwood Capital, and Auction.com. He has represented the State of Nevada Housing Division and numerous private LIHTC investors on Affordable housing projects.
After graduating from Brigham Young University with a degree in business management, Garry began his career in real estate in Orem, Utah. While working in Utah he developed residential and multifamily subdivisions while operating a successful brokerage firm. He has represented homebuilders, local investment firms, and large multi-national companies in both the acquisition and disposition of their real estate.
