ABOUT
Faraz Cheema has been a Investment Sales Specialist for Coldwell Banker Commercial Realty since September 2016. Originally a Washington D.C. native, Faraz currently resides in Potomac, MD. He has witnessed firsthand the changes that occurred in DC Metropolitan area over the last 20+ years which have affected the commercial real estate market. Due to his family's multiple businesses and real estate assets, Faraz has a strong foundation in the CRE field. With over 7 years experience as a financial analyst and 6 years as an asset manager, Faraz has a unique understanding of the investment side of commercial real estate. He has worked specifically within the retail and hospitality sectors in the Washington DC / Baltimore MD metropolitan area focusing on: acquisitions, disposition, asset management, & property management before entering the commercial real estate brokerage industry. As of today Faraz leads a team of five associates in the Washington, DC, Baltimore, MD and Central PA MSA providing a wide range of services such as buyer, seller, landlord and tenant representation in all asset classes of commercial real estate which are not limited to Industrial, Multifamily, Office, and Retail. Utilizing his skill sets from both the investment and broker perspectives, backed by a Master of Science degree in Real Estate and Infrastructure as well as his SIOR and CCIM designation, Faraz is well equipped to meet his clients' commercial real estate needs
