Jahan Rajaee
ABOUT
Born and raised in Gainesville, Jahan Rajaee attended high school at St. Francis for 3 years and at Buchholz for half of a year. Upon graduating early, he went to college at Florida Gulf Coast University in Fort Myers, FL to study Environmental Engineering and play Division 1 soccer. Jahan's goal to play professionally after graduating was spoiled by the Covid lockdowns of 2020. He eventually took up a real estate acquisitions role in Jacksonville working with an investor that specialized in residential fix and flips. Jahan moved back to Gainesville in 2022 and wanted to continue his path down real estate, on the commercial side. His family invests in properties around Main St, and he has begun to invest in commercial real estate with his two sisters as partners. He puts respecting everyone at a high priority since at the end of the day everyone is a human being. In his free time, Jahan hopes to get a daily dose of either pickleball, beach volleyball, or soccer. His favorite vacation spots are any beach and out in Colorado, where he can snowboard with his pals. He loves playing board and card games with friends too! When he is not doing any of that, he is spending quality time with his family and dog.
