Tony Sala


Tony Sala has enjoyed 40 years of experience in the planning, development, sales, and marketing of major residential and mixed-use real estate projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast. His accomplishments in coordinating the synergy between the needs of the planned community and the demands of local government are evident in the quality of his numerous communities. His talents have been recognized by the highly respected development companies with which he has been associated, including the Silver Companies (Fredericksburg, VA, and Boca Raton, FL), NTS (Louisville, KY), Foster Brothers (Fairfax, VA) and Weaver Bros/Ridge Development (Washington DC). He has served the industry as the President of a local homebuilders association and as a member of the Board of Directors of two local homebuilders associations as well as the Virginia Homebuilders Association and the National Association of Homebuilders. In addition to his work in multi-generational communities, Tony offers an extensive background in active adult "Lifestyle" communities and has been a member and Trustee of the 50+ Housing Council of the National Association of Homebuilders (NAHB); he holds the designation of Certified Active Adult Specialist in Housing (CAASH) from HAHB. Tony's experiences include the design, construction, and sale of a condominium office program as well as the leasing and management of shopping centers. He has also been responsible for drafting community homeowner association documents and overseeing the start-up of numerous associations. He has particularly enjoyed his activities associated with the design and construction of multiple clubhouses and amenity complexes.
