Brad Neihouser joined Coldwell Banker Commercial Shook in May of 2016 and specializes in advising the owners of farm land, developmental land and commercial investment properties on the best way forward. Brad has advised countless numbers of satisfied clients in the last 35 years. He prides himself on giving no bull, unvarnished, straight-forward client advice to everyone. However, Brad is not everyone’s cup of tea. Brad’s work ethic and no bull advise is unmatched in the commercial real estate industry. He started off selling land in the Northern part of Indiana and started selling more development land in the Lafayette area in 2016.
Brad resides in Francesville, IN with his wife, Barb, and enjoys being a father to four and a grandfather to 5. When Brad is not with his family or working on real estate transactions he is flying Angel Flight Missions, which he thoroughly enjoys.
