How did she entered into this amazing and exciting career?  
While being a Mount Sac Antonio College student, Patricia had as a class mate a very successfull Real Estate Broker in her Computer Class.
Mr. Izquierdo felt she had what it takes to make it in this career and introduced her into it. He provided all the required courses for free and Patricia(An Accounting Student) started to study 3 hours per day for a whole month and in October of 1998 she passed her Real Estate Exam.
Patricia began as a Part Time Real Estate Agent while working form Washington Mutual as a Loan Phone Representative. 
Since year 2000 she began as a Full Time Agent, she is experienced with Hud Homes sales, REO's, Short Sales, Probates, Trusts, Standard Sales.  She has represented clients with all types of financing from Cash to FHA and Conventional Financing.
From 2003 to 2005 she was named a Top Real Estate Sales person while working with Century 21 All United Realty in Downey.
Now, with 24 years experience in this beautiful career, she will combined  the Commercial side of Real Estate with the Residential Side.
