Todd Adams was born in Spokane and has been a Washington broker since 2005. He comes from a Law Enforcement background, but switched gears and now specializes in all aspects of residential and commercial Real Estate listings, development, building, and sales. Todd has also been in new construction as a Project Manager/CESCL for a Thurston County Developer for the last 7 years, which includes master planned communities, custom home building, multi-family town home/duplex construction, land use, permits, and all aspects of construction from plans and design to delivering the finished product. The relationships, integrity, and work ethic he has with local, state, and County municipalities has strengthened his reputation as a premier builder in the Olympia area.
