“Capt Bob” is a Wisconsin native, living there for about 20 years, then moved to and lived in Indiana for about 20 years, and then moved to and has lived and worked in Naples, in Southwest Florida for nearly 40 years. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management and Marketing from Purdue University graduating in 1973. He has extensive experience in multiple industries including commercial & residential real estate, mortgage lending, investment analysis, and financial consulting. He joined and has been affiliated with Coldwell Banker Realty in Naples, since early 2019. He earned his Coldwell Banker RCC, (Residential & Commercial) designation, a member of the National, and Florida Realtor associations, the Naples Board of Realtors, the CCIM Institute, the Florida CCIM chapter, and is a member of the CCIM Southwest Florida district). Capt Bob is also a very experienced yachtsman, having sailed as a USCG licensed Captain, over 150,000 miles at sea over a 20 years span, gaining extensive experience in open ocean yacht delivery, international yacht brokerage, global weather forecasting & passage consulting, for the owners and captains of large private yachts, (both power and sail),
