Jordan Panina Chow is a native Hawaiian local boy, born and raised on these islands, and knows Oahu like the back of his hand. He graduated from Hawaii Pacific University with a Bachelors in International Business and Minor in Japanese. He also graduated from Lincoln Graduate School of Real Estate Appraising.
Jordan strives to learn commercial real estate daily and is passionate about what he does. Specializing in commercial real estate sales and leasing, his experience extends from commercial land acquisition for development, multi-family investments, industrial warehouses, retail shopping centers, mixed use buildings, restaurants, retail businesses, and office buildings. Moreover, Jordan has 10 years in residential appraising, and 16 years as a commercial sales and leasing agent.
Work experience includes, but not limited to local, national, multi-national & international tenants, whom he’s guided throughout the investment or leasing process to a successful closing. He also worked with developers such as Peter Savio on projects that include affordable housing, industrial warehouses, single family homes, and medical office spaces. In addition, he has worked as a commercial property manager for the Mary Savio Medical Plaza, King Center, and Kaheka Professional Center, of which his team handled all day-to-day operations, sales, leasing and marketing of these 3 buildings. Moreover, he moved on in his career to become Broker-In-Charge of Primary Properties, Inc and successfully ran the Commercial Division, which his team handled landlord and tenant representation, investment portfolios, commercial investment seminars, and acquisitions. Additionally, he has successfully completed all CCIM classes for the designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member and is a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. This designation is the highest designation in the commercial investment world. Specializing in all commercial asset classes, including hotels, golf courses, retail centers, multi-family, mixed use, office and industrial buildings.
