Christopher O'Hara has been a Top Producing Industrial/Office Real Estate Broker in Connecticut for thirty (30) years. Mr. O’Hara began his career with Coldwell Banker Commercial in 1986; he has extensive experience and success specializing in Sale and Leasing of Offices, Industrial Buildings, Tenant Representation and Land Development. Throughout Mr. O'Hara’s career he has been recognized as a Region Record Holder as a Top Producer for consistently being selected to the Chairman's Club. In 2001 he was the "Number One" International Agent as well as the "Number One" Agent in the Country out of 5,000 Brokers . Through superior market knowledge, Mr. O’Hara has strategically positioned the needs of his clients and has consistently created solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.
Mr. O'Hara has brokered in excess of $400 million of Lease and Sale Transactions representing Sellers, Buyers and Tenants. He has represented companies such as Vishay, Oce’ Imagistics, All State, Dresser Industries, Dictaphone, Hubbell Corporation, Owens-Illinois, Pitney Bowes, Tyco International.
He currently resides in Weston, Connecticut. Mr. O’Hara is a Certified USA Youth Hockey Coach and a Skating Instructor. Mr. O’Hara is a graduate from Boston College and received his CT Real Estate Licensing education from Fairfield University .
