John graduated from Defiance College in Defiance, Ohio with a bachelor's degree in 1967.  After graduating he joined the United States Marine Corp. and was discharged in 1970 as a First Lieutenant.  From 1971 until 1973 he was the District Sales Manager for the McCord Corporation, an after-market automotive product company in Detroit, Michigan.  John joined Feist & Feist Realty Corp. in 1973 and he became Partner and Vice President in 1981, member of the SIOR New Jersey in 1983 and in 1991 Chapter President. In 1993, John became President of Feist & Feist Realty Corp. He has successfully leased or sold millions of square feet of Industrial space and many build to suit transactions over the last 36 years for national corporations as well as local and regional companies. John has taken Feist & Feist Realty Corp. (founded in 1903) and positioned the company to service local, regional and national accounts.
