As a third-generation Georgetown native and seasoned Commercial and Residential Real Estate Agent, I bring a lifetime of local insight to every client I serve. Born and raised in Williamson County, I’ve witnessed firsthand the remarkable growth and transformation of that community — and I’m proud to have played a role in shaping it.
I began my real estate journey in 1993, purchasing my first commercial building on the Georgetown Square at age 29. Since then, I’ve continued to invest in and contribute to the area’s development, including converting and rezoning a historic home near the Square into a thriving commercial property. My deep roots and decades of experience allow me to guide clients with a level of honesty, trust, and integrity that only comes from someone who has lived, worked, and raised a family here.
Today, I live in Burnet, Texas, with my wife, where I maintain an office in downtown Burnet on Highway 281, just one block from the historic square. From this location, I proudly serve clients across the Central Texas area including Burnet, Williamson, Bell, Llano, Lampasas, and Mason Counties, offering both local expertise and regional market knowledge. I have been a licensed Commercial and Residential Real Estate Agent with Coldwell Banker since 2017, earning recognition as the #1 Commercial Agent in Texas in 2020 and ranking among the top 3% of all Coldwell Banker commercial agents nationwide in 2021.
My work spans all property types across Central Texas, from residential transactions to large scale commercial land acquisitions for major companies and development groups. I’ve collaborated closely with planners from the City of Georgetown, City of Hutto, and City of Round Rock to help bring new projects to life.
In 2019, I was honored to serve as a Planning and Zoning Commissioner for the City of Georgetown, further strengthening my understanding of local development, zoning, and long term community planning. Whether representing buyers or sellers, I am known for strong negotiation skills, unwavering loyalty, and a commitment to supporting clients through closing and beyond. Central Texas is more than my market — it’s my home, my history, and my legacy.
